  • Please call the customer center before visiting to request a service.
  • If there are a lot of services requested, you may not get your product repaired immediately. In that case, you may leave your product with us.

    Information on Free Service

    We provide free service or exchange the product for material or manufacturing defects occurred during the warranty period for each product.

    Information on Charged Service

    • Breakages occurring while using a product or material or manufacturing defects occurring after the warranty period are repaired at a cost.
    • If there is no proof of purchase (receipt), the warranty period is determined based on the product’s manufacturing date.
    • Defects caused by assembling, installing or using a product or an accessory not in compliance with the written guidelines, manual or safety standards will not be covered by the warranty.
